Nova actualització de Berrly a data dijous 23 de juny de 2022, amb efecte del passat dimarts dia 7!
Millores al Release #37 de Berrly:
Features and improvements in Berrly Release #37:
- Initial implementation on the tracking of what people (Members) do in the Private Zone
- Implemented Timezones: a timezone can be established in an organization to improve all the functionalities based on their time. It can also be specified on events
- New changes on gender: it is now possible to add a custom gender for people subscribed in the organization
- Ticketing map: it will now display the name of the seat when an user assigns them in the occupancy map
- Earnings stats on Events it will now display stripe and BerrlyPay tickets
- Users: now it’s possible to add again an User that was previously deleted
- LabsMobile service webhook: it’ll now change the SMS status to sent or not once the request is received
- Tags: now it’s possible to add special characters on the tag name
- Attendances: adding the situation of an attendance depending on its status
- Debts: internally improved how debts are created from a recurrent debt
Us expliquem què volen dir cadascuna d’aquestes millores:
1. Initial implementation on the tracking of what people (Members) do in the Private Zone
Aquest sistema de tracking inicial, és una millora que permetrà observar i recopilar dades del comportament de les persones que pertanyen a la organització. Amb la implementació d’aquest sistema, s’obre un nou horitzó a Berrly que en el futur esdevindrà clau per a integrar un sistema de gamificació, amb la intenció de recompensar les persones en base a fites i paràmetres concrets establerts per cada organització. Aquest sistema també permetrà analitzar molt més profundament el comportament de les persones i treballar en algorismes intel·ligents, machine learning i permetrà calcular previsions en el comportament de les mateixes.
2. Implemented Timezones: A timezone can be established in an organization to improve all the functionalities based on their time. It can also be specified on events
Amb la nova implementació de les “Timezones” o zones horàries, permet a les organitzacions treballar de manera òptima, independentment de la seva ubicació geogràfica (America, Asia Pacific, Europe or Middle East). Ara les organitzacions podran configurar la zona horària dels seus esdeveniments tot facilitant la comunicació entre la organització i les persones , la qual cosa ajuda a evitar confusions. És una funció ideal per a aquelles organitzacions que compten amb persones en diferents punts geogràfics al món, tot afavorint i enfortint el compromís.
3. New changes on gender: It is now possible to add a custom gender for people subscribed in the organization
Les organitzacions poden configurar el camp de gènere amb diferents opcions perquè les persones que hi formin part, puguin accedir a la seva zona privada i puguin triar la opció de gènere amb què se sentin més identificades. Amb aquesta actualització contribuïm a un disseny més inclusiu, tot normalitzant la diversitat i la identitat de gènere, ajudem a crear una consciència col·lectiva més aliniada amb els nostres principis i valors, amb la finalitat de no deixar cap persona enrere i per a afavorir un teixit social més obert i horitzontal.
4. Ticketing map: It will now display the name of the seat when an user assigns them in the occupancy map
A l’apartat d’accés des del dashboard d’administració de Berrly, a l’hora d’assignar un seient a una persona, es mostra el nom del seient (i referència) que s’està assignant.
5. Earnings stats on Events it will now display stripe and berrlypay tickets
Quan s’accedeix a les estadístiques d’un esdeveniment, en el moment de calcular els beneficis i el marges de contribució no s’estaven tenint en compte tots els mètodes de pagament, inclosos BerrlyPay i Stripe. Ara sí que s’hi inclouen i el recompte és molt més ajustat a la realitat del balanç final.
6. Users: Now it’s possible to add again a User that was previously deleted
Abans quan s’afegia un usuari que ja existia a la base de dades, i que s’havia esborrat, no es podia tornar a afegir si el correu de l’usuari constava a la base de dades, perquè aquest correu funciona com a identificador únic per a cada usuari. Ara ja s’hi pot tornar a afegir.
7. Labsmobile service webhook: It will now change the SMS status to sent or not once the request is received
A l’hora de fer un enviament d’SMS amb LabsMobile, ara es notifica a Berrly si aquest enviament s’ha realitzat correctament o hi ha hagut algun problema. Aquesta informació la guardem a Berrly per a poder fer auditories més tard si es requereix per part de la organització que ha fet l’enviament.
8. Tags: now it’s possible to add special characters on the tag name
Hem introduit una millor que consisteix en habilitar el sistema per a poder afegir caràcters especials al nom de les etiquetes. Abans, per exemple, no es podria haver afegit une etiqueta de tipus “Obert 24/7”, ara sí.
9. Attendances: Adding the situation of an attendance depending on its status
A partir d’ara donem més informació sobre l’estat de les entrades i les llistes d’assistència als esdeveniments creats des de Berrly. Amb aquesta nova actualtizació ara es pot saber si una entrada és vàlida, si s’ha cancel·lat o transferit a una altra persona, si s’ha reemborsat, etc.
10. Debts: Internally improved how debts are created from a recurrent debt
Aquesta millora aplica a l’apartat de cobrament de deutes online a través de Berrly. Estem treballant un una funcionalitat molt potent que canviarà tot el concepte de cobrament de deutes recurrents, permetent aplicar un sistema de suscripcions amb targeta de crèdit. Aquest petit roll-out és una millora interna per a preparar el camí i fer un deployment més exhaustiu els propers mesos que millorarà tant l’experiència de les organitzacions com de les persones que hi formen part a l’hora de pagar i cobrar les quotes recurrents.
A més d’aquestes millores, també hem arreglat una bona quantitat de bugs i hem aplicat alguns petits canvis de menys rellevància.
Bugfixes in Berrly Release #37:
- Fixed an error where it would not generate a person report with attendances
- Fixed an error where the QR button displayed in the attendances list of an event would do nothing
- Fixed a visual error where viewing a form would not display the custom title and subtitle
- Fixed an to prevent the deletion of attendances depending on the payment method of that attendance
- An issue where finding duplicates of a person with empty name would give an error has been resolved
- Fixed an error where the BerrlyScan would crash when returning the price of an attendance
- Fixed an error where it would not create properly a report with event tags
- Fixed an error where an IBAN would be stored with empty spaces
- Fixed an error where it would not display the default options of a dropdown with multiple options
- An issue where the tags dynamic rules would not work sometimes has been resolved
- An issue where it would not preview a communication email has been resolved
- An issue where changing a name of a member file would give an error has been resolved
- An issue when creating the date of activities was in a wrong format has been resolved
- A visual issue where a dropdown with fixed options would not display its values properly has been resolved
- An issue where it was not possible to delete an unused Organization has been resolved
- An issue where input files would not upload the files under certain circumstances has been resolved
Other minor fixes in Berrly Release #37:
- Removed old, unused columns and/or tables
- Added the personalized helpers (like *|NAME|*, *|LAST_NAME|*) on the summernote text editor when editing a transactional email
- Now it’s possible to cancel/delete an App request of an Organization
- Admin can now add Users from the admin side
- Initial implementation on the tracking of what Users do in Berrly
- Translations changes: from ‘**Members**’ to ‘**People**’ and from ‘**Member zone**’ to ‘**Private zone**’
